Welcome to Mobilitide
Mobility is essential in our daily lives, allowing us to move freely and perform activities with ease. Just as tides ebb and flow, our mobility can also change over time due to various factors. Whether it's recovering from an injury, adapting to the physical changes of pregnancy, or simply dealing with the natural aging process, our mobility may face challenges. At Mobilitide, we understand the importance of navigating these changes and are here to provide individualized care to help you maintain and improve your mobility, no matter what life brings your way.
Katelyn H. Brady, PT, DPT, OCS
An experienced Physical Therapist with over a decade of experience, she was initially drawn to the field after sustaining an injury while playing Division I lacrosse at The George Washington University. Having gone through the entire rehabilitation process herself, she deeply understands the significance of setting expectations and goals in therapy. This personal journey fueled her passion to help others on their road to recovery. Continuing her education and training, Katelyn expanded her expertise to cater to the needs of active individuals during pregnancy and postpartum period. Her firsthand knowledge of seeking care during these crucial times further enriches her ability to provide empathetic and individualized support to her clients.
Katelyn has pursued further Dry Needling training, adding it to her treatment methods, and has found it to be very effective in addressing musculoskeletal issues and nervous system-related concerns. This additional skill set enhances her ability to provide comprehensive care to her clients, allowing for targeted treatment of trigger points and muscle tightness. By incorporating Dry Needling techniques into her practice, Katelyn can offer a holistic approach to treating pain and dysfunction, ultimately improving the overall well-being of her orthopedic and prenatal/postpartum clients.

Insurance & Payment
What does “out-of-network” mean?
Being out-of-network means I am not directly contracted with insurance companies. Payment is made at the time of service, but many clients are still eligible for reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
Can I use my insurance?
Many plans offer out-of-network physical therapy benefits. Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed for a portion of your visit cost. You are responsible for reaching out to your insurance company to determine coverage.
Do you provide superbills?
Yes. A detailed superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
How do you take payment?
Payment is due at time of visit, with the following payments accepted: Check* (made out to MOBILITIDE, LLC) cash*, Zelle, Credit Card or HSA card.
*Preferred by Mobilitide
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes — HSA and FSA cards can be used for physical therapy services. (Typically not eligle for wellness services.)
Why choose out-of-network physical therapy?
Out-of-network care allows for:
One-on-one treatment sessions
Personalized treatment plans and flexible treatment plan to reflect that plan
Care focused on your goals, not insurance limitations
You’re not just getting exercises, you’re getting individualized care designed around your body, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
Appointments & Scheduling
How do I schedule?
Reach out via email, phone, or text(856.354.6931) to set up a 15 minute consultation or discovery call to determine if Mobilitide would be a right fit for you.
After the call, we will be able to set up an evaluation. During the evaluation, a treatment plan customized to you and your goals will be established with the therapist.
If looking to schedule for a visit at the Brewerytown location at Koa Strength and Athletic Club, you are able to schedule directly HERE.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first session includes:
A full movement assessment
Discussion of your goals and symptoms
Hands-on treatment as appropriate
Personalized exercise and recovery plan
Education to help you better understand your body and pain
How long are appointments?
Sessions are typically 75 minutes for initial evaluations and 60 minutes for follow up treatment sessions; and always one-on-one with your physical therapist.
How often will I need to come?
This depends on your goals and symptoms. Many clients are seen weekly initially, then transition to less frequent visits as they improve. Some clients continue with periodic “maintenance” or mobility sessions.
The goal is for you to be independent in understanding and managing your body.
Do you offer mobile/in-home visits? Telehealth/virtual?
Yes. Mobile concierge visits are available throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
Virtual and telehealth visits are also available.
Where are you located?
Our office is at Koa Strength Athletic Club in Brewerytown (2511 W. Girard Ave, Philadelphia) in addition to offering mobile services.
Treatment & Services
What conditions do you treat?
I work with:
Orthopedic injuries and pain
Back, hip, knee, neck, and shoulder pain
Pelvic floor concerns
Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
Return to exercise and sport
Mobility and strength limitations
Persistent/chronic or recurring pain
Do you offer dry needling?
Yes. Dry needling may be used as part of treatment when appropriate. It can help with pain modulation, muscle tension, movement, and nervous system sensitivity.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No, Pennsylvania & New Jersey allow direct access to physical therapy, meaning you can often start care without a physician referral.
(Typically I will ask for a physician to be on file to update on physical therapy plan of care. Wellness clients do not need any physician on file)
Is physical therapy only for injuries?
Not at all. Many clients come for:
Injury prevention
Mobility work
Return-to-gym guidance
Strength progression
Pregnancy/postpartum support
Longevity and healthy aging
Pelvic Health Specific
Do I need internal pelvic floor treatment?
No. Pelvic health treatment is individualized and may include breathing mechanics, pressure management, mobility, strength, movement retraining, and education. Internal assessment/treatment is only performed when appropriate and always with consent.
Can you help postpartum even years later?
Absolutely. Many people benefit from pelvic health physical therapy months and even years postpartum. It’s never too late!
